How does the system handle memberships?
Every membership has a clear state: active, expiring soon, frozen, or expired. Renewal happens in the app or at reception, the invoice is recorded automatically, and automatic reminders go out before expiry. Management sees renewal numbers on the dashboard and controls freezes and discounts under club rules.
Can it be linked to a branded club app?
Yes — the app is part of the same platform, published on the stores under the club’s own name and logo, synced directly with the dashboard. Members see their membership, bookings, and invoices in the app, and the club controls what is shown to them.
Does it suit women’s clubs, men’s clubs, and studios?
Yes. The platform is white-label and configured with the club’s identity, class schedule, and subscription types — for any club format including multi-branch chains. For women’s clubs, permissions control who can see member data.
