About Aldawli IT

Aldawli builds technology for gyms and fitness clubs in Saudi Arabia — club management systems, white-label member applications, access and attendance, and digital payments. One specialization, done properly.

What we build

Our flagship product is Aldawli Gym — a white-label club management platform in real production today: a member mobile app under the club’s own name, and a management dashboard covering subscriptions, bookings, attendance, invoices, reports, and multi-branch management — with face-scan entry and in-app payments including Tabby and Tamara installments.

How we work

We specialize instead of spreading thin: systems that understand a fitness club’s actual day — classes and capacity, subscriptions and freezes, entry tied to membership — rather than generic software bent out of shape. Proudly Saudi and local.

Why focus on clubs specifically?

Generic systems understand a “customer” and an “invoice”; your club runs on members whose subscriptions renew or freeze, classes with capacity that fills up, and a door that must know the difference. We built Aldawli Gym around that loop — from a member’s first signup to their invoice and renewal — because clubs run on these details, not around them.

Arabic-first, built for the Saudi market

A native Arabic RTL interface for staff and members — not a translation layer over a foreign system. Alongside it, what a club in Saudi Arabia needs: e-invoicing aligned with ZATCA requirements, in-app local payments with Tabby and Tamara installments, and local support that understands how clubs operate here.

How we start with a new club

• A demo on your setup: we show Aldawli Gym against your club’s scenario, not canned data.
• Setup and migration: we configure plans, classes and permissions, and migrate member data with spot checks.
• Go live and review: team training, official go-live, then a weekly review through the first month.
